and ohya,i'm freaking disappointed with my 2.4 sia! last year ran 16:00,this year ran so damn slow,like 17:11 WTFreak! does that mean my stamina dropped le or i didn't practise enough?? i think i must go swim le..den can have stronger lungs like what Ms Mong said..haha..then can run faster hahaha! ;p
